Jim Geimer Company Founder and President

Jim has spent the past 18 years as a facilitator for a group of manufacturing professionals, a group of financial executives, and two groups of highly successful CEOs. Geimer has substantial expertise in coaching executives, managing entrepreneurial businesses, and turning around troubled companies. He has 40 years experience in managing manufacturing and distribution companies. Geimer started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick and later served as Executive VP and COO of Weber Stephen Products Co., manufacturer of the famous Weber grill. Geimer received his BS in Accounting and his MBA from Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nancy Russell Vice President

Nancy has been with the company since 2001 and prior to that had more than 11 years experience in corporate banking. Russell worked as a credit analyst, a corporate banker and a business manager for credit systems development, as well as a consultant on regulatory matters. She served most recently as Director of Credit Risk Management for Swiss Bank Corporation, now United Bank of Switzerland. Russell received a BA in Economics and a MM in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University.
